Welcome to the Rhapsodini page!
Rhapsodini is a choir for children aged between 4 and 8 years old (with a scattering of younger and older siblings who sometimes join in) based in Letchworth.
Sessions run in term time from 9.30am - 10.15am* on Sundays in Dot to Dot, our own art cafe based on The Wynd in Letchworth.
9.30-9.45am Colouring available and occasional extra practice for solos/harmony lines
Who leads Rhapsodini?
Rebecca Leek is the Rhapsodini choir leader. She is a trained musician, has a breadth of experience in education and community music making.
Why join us?
The aim with Rhapsodini is to give your child musicianship skills and a fun, social experience. It will expand their vocabulary, give them a good sense of pitch and rhythm, teach them to follow a conductor and be part of a team, and they will meet children from other schools in the area.
Top tip - commit to coming to three sessions. It can take a while to gain the confidence to really get something from it.

How to contact us
Location: Dot to Dot and if the weather's fine, we sing outside.
Grown-up options: stay and sing; stay and don't sing; drop off and collect.
Cost: Rhapsode's core values mean that we try to run projects that are open to everyone. It is for this reason that payment for the choir is through an honesty box system. The real cost is £5 per child. Pay this if you can.
